Bought the 4 pack just in case! So far only needed 1. Replacement labor is easy & fairly quick! (As compared to a solid tire, 6+ hours, 2 grown men, a YouTube video for some advise & a I still had to get inventive and make to “slide guide” to get the tire on. 3 hours for the 2nd tire, the point is stick with pneumatic tires) The replacement tube is a 100% improvement over the 1 that had a hole in it- so completely satisfied here.

I ordered the D5+ one year ago and absolutely love it. Recently I hit a pothole and blew out my rear tube. I ordered 4 replacement tubes from nanrobot and received them in 4 days. I live in CT and couldn't believe how fast they processed my order of not only the tubes but also the scooter. I have nothing but positive feedback dealing with Nanrobot. One of my favorite purchases !

These 2.5" inner tubes are the ideal size for the 3.14" tires that I am currently using on my d6+ and can also fit 3" broad tires;the original 2.125" tubes were paired with 3"tires which came on my d6+ and had a maximum inflation pressure of 35psi but were clearly too narrow for the cavity of the larger tire(3.14inch)when the tube was partially inflated for installation. A narrower tube is likely to fail sooner from fatigue since it has to stretch/expand more to fill the cavity when inflated to my current tires recommended pressure of 50psi.
This wider tube also provides additional support for the tires' interior sidewalls,a more compact fit when inflated to the appropriate pressure and is also slightly thicker. On this basis I strongly recommend the 2.5" tube for 3"&3.14" tires since my experience only limits me to these specific sizes.

These new tires were perfect for my needs as the stock Off Road tires did not go as fast as I liked on the roads since I only ride on the roads. Make sure you watch Igor's videos to reference throughout these are kind of tricky if you are not mechanically inclined as I am.

I use nanrobot d4+ for daily commuting. The most enjoyable part is the power, I absolutely loved 2000w of power, there is nothing quite like it, it saved me a lot of money compared to using car more daily commute every single day.

I ordered my D5+ and it came in 3 days, probably because I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and it was shipped from Southern CA. The scooter was in perfect condition when it arrived, contrary to some reports on the internet about their scooters arriving with broken pieces. The scooter arrived with the handle bar items loose (brake levers, speedometer, etc). With the supplied tool I adjusted everything to where I wanted it and tightened everything down. The scooter came with 2 bars of battery life so I was able to start riding right away without having to charge the scooter. Everything worked perfectly from the start and that night I charged it up with no problem. I was careful to plug in the charging cord to the scooter first, then connect that cord to the wall outlet.
There are 3 brake settings with the strongest setting as the default. I'd read about powerful brakes on the internet so I was prepared. They really are way too strong and touchy so I immediately changed the setting to the lowest level.
The scooter is fast and powerful. I bought it because I'll be starting a new job in San Francisco and have to travel a distance to get to my office from the commuter train. It's very fun to ride and I definitely recommend a helmet.
A couple of minor issues I've noticed over the last few days I've owned the scooter - one is that the tires were installed backwards, meaning that there is an arrow on the side of the tire that indicates the direction of rotation to assist in mounting the tire properly, my tires were not mounted correctly but I don't think it really matters.
Also, the speedometer indicates I'm travelling faster than I really am, and I'm positive I have it set to miles per hour, not kilometers per hour. I really don't need to know how fast I'm going so this is minor to me.
Overall I'm very happy with the scooter, I think it's worth the price and there is good engineering that is evident throughout.
I ran over a metal staple and popped the back tire yesterday so I've ordered a new tube and will add a product to both tires that will eliminate getting a flat again. It's from my local bike shop and the guys there say I won't have any problems once the product is added.

After putting on over 1k miles I ran over some road debris that required a tire replacement. The replacement was strait forward and the new tire works great. I am enjoying my d5+ and am looking forward to putting many more miles on it.
